THE RS RANGE · ONLINE
A different way to practice noticing.
Step into an everyday setting, consider your options, and reflect on what you noticed. Our awareness room brings three original branching stories into the virtual range.
Three spaces, clear purposes.
Situational awareness
Choose a virtual headset, enter an original 3D setting, and follow the story through choices and a closing reflection. Keep the scene in view as you decide what to do next. No physical headset is needed.
Dry-practice bays
Explore four architectural bays and choose from three original RS paper designs: Concentric, Four Points and Grid. Open a sheet in the viewer to look closely. The fixed bay boards, target carriers, laser devices and scoring are not connected to that selection.
The Results Gallery
A place to gather around event and community results. Published competition records are not connected, so the gallery does not invent standings or scores.
Three everyday situations.
Notice, then check
At a community open house, a queue and a scheduling complaint leave you with an incomplete picture. Separate what you can see from what you assume, find information, and consider your next step.
Leave the argument
A café order mix-up becomes an uncomfortable disagreement. Consider a practical request, asking staff for help, or leaving an optional transaction.
Help without assuming
A visitor is struggling to understand a ticket and find a room. Explore offering help, respecting an answer, and describing a concern without making a diagnosis.
Choose. Explore. Reflect.
Enter the awareness room and choose Explore awareness scenarios. Select a story, put on the virtual headset, and enter its setting. The story opens beside the scene; choose a response to continue, restart to explore another path, or return to the range at any point.
These are original fictional previews for reflection, with architectural environments and written choices. They do not include live actors, graded performance or saved progress, and are not a substitute for supervised instruction. Physical headset compatibility and instructor-led sessions are still being developed.
Take the ideas into the classroom.
Read Notice, Check, Choose; Leave the Argument; or Help Without Making It Worse before or after exploring a story. Each is an original six-lesson reading preview. The courses and fictional stories invite reflection; neither grades your performance, saves progress or creates an enrollment.
Read alongside your visit.
